Preparation
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the dairy-free chocolate chips and sweetened condensed coconut milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Once melted, pour the mixture into a lined baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove the fudge from the dish and cut it into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for longer freshness. Freeze for up to three months wrapped in plastic wrap.
