- Grill or boil the corn until cooked, about 5-7 minutes for fresh corn. The kernels should be bright and tender.

- Once the corn is cooked, generously slather the mixture onto each ear.
- Sprinkle the crumbled cotija cheese on top while the mixture is still warm, allowing it to melt slightly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
Notes
