  • 4 cups Fresh grapes Naturally sweet and fruity base.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Adds brightness and enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup For added sweetness if desired.
  • 1 tablespoon Mint leaves For a refreshing garnish if desired.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the fresh grapes thoroughly under running water.
  2. Remove the stems and place the grapes in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add in the lemon juice and honey or agave syrup if using.
Cooking
  1. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency; scraping down the sides if necessary.
  2. Once blended, taste and adjust sweetness as needed, then blend for a few more seconds.
Serving
  1. Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container.
  2. Chill in the freezer for about 1 hour for a firmer texture if desired.
  3. Scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately, adding a few fresh mint leaves as a garnish if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Use frozen grapes for an even faster, chilled treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container to avoid freezer burn. Blend in other fruits like strawberries or bananas for a unique flavor twist.
