Preparation
  1. Wash and dry sweet potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  2. Poke holes all over them with a fork to prevent bursting during cooking.
Cooking
  1. Place the sweet potatoes directly into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are arranged without overlap.
  2. Air fry at 370°F for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure even cooking.
  3. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice open and add toppings as desired.

Notes

To store, allow your baked sweet potatoes to cool completely before placing them in an airtight container. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Baked sweet potatoes freeze beautifully; wrap them tightly and freeze for up to three months.
