Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F and lightly grease the basket with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the seasoning mix.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and evenly rub the seasoning onto the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Use tongs to carefully flip the chicken breasts over and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and top generously with BBQ sauce.
  4. Return the chicken to the air fryer and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serving
  1. Allow the chicken breasts to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, always preheat the air fryer and check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Leftover BBQ chicken can be used in wraps, salads, or sandwiches for added convenience.
