Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer for about 5 minutes at its hottest setting.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 7-8 minutes or until roasted to your desired level.
  3. Serve hot, topped with additional parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For optimal results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and check for doneness a minute or two before the time is up.
