Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by patting 4-6 chicken legs dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of pepper.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, add the chicken legs and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken legs in the basket of your air fryer.
  2. Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, flip the chicken legs and continue to cook for another 7-8 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches a safe 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Notes

Serve with seasonal veggies and a light salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Chicken can be frozen for up to 3 months.
