Preparation
- Begin by patting 4-6 chicken legs dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of pepper.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the chicken legs and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned chicken legs in the basket of your air fryer.
- Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, flip the chicken legs and continue to cook for another 7-8 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches a safe 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes
Serve with seasonal veggies and a light salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Chicken can be frozen for up to 3 months.
