Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400° F for 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
- Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil until well coated.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then rub the seasoning blend evenly over the chicken thighs.
Cooking
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side down.
- Cook the chicken thighs at 400° F for 12 minutes.
- Flip them over and continue cooking for an additional 7-12 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165° F.
- For boneless, skinless thighs, no need to flip—just cook for 11-15 minutes total, depending on their size.
Notes
Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
