Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3 minutes.
  2. Remove the air fryer basket and place the frozen fish sticks in a single layer, ensuring space between each stick.
  3. Optionally, spray with oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through at the 5-minute mark for even cooking.
