  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential seasoning; try seasoned salt or garlic salt for extra flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adds a hint of spice; cayenne can be used for heat.
  • to taste Optional seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, or parmesan) Enhances flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer at 350°F (180°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes if desired, then cut them into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
  4. Spread the fries evenly in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Check for crispness and cook longer if necessary.
