Main Ingredients
  • 2 fillets frozen cod fillets Keep them frozen until ready to use.
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley Can substitute with dried dill or thyme.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil spray Use any cooking spray or brush with melted butter.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer at 355°F / 180°C for 3 minutes.
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the frozen cod fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring there’s space between them for even cooking.
  4. Lightly spray the tops of the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with dried parsley for added flavor.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the frozen fish fillets at 370°F / 190°C for 10 minutes.
  2. Flip the cod carefully using tongs, then spray lightly with olive oil again.
  3. Air fry for an additional 8 minutes at 370°F / 190°C.
  4. Ensure the cod reaches an internal temperature of 145°F / 63°C. If not, air fry for a few more minutes.

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables and a whole grain like quinoa or wild rice. Pair with lemon or homemade tartar sauce for added flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
