- Choose your steak: Slice ribeye into bite-sized cubes.

Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the seasoned steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- While cooking, melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic and rosemary, stirring until fragrant.
Serving
- Transfer cooked steak bites to a bowl and pour garlic butter over them. Mix gently to coat.
- Adjust flavor with freshly ground black pepper and serve hot, garnished with extra rosemary.
