  • 1 tbsp Jack Daniel’s Steak Seasoning Adds smoky flavor; use your favorite steak rub if unavailable.
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter Creates a rich sauce; ghee can be tried for a different flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced) Provides garlic kick; shallots can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary (minced) Adds herbal element; thyme or parsley are good alternatives.
  • Freshly ground black pepper Balances the flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Choose your steak: Slice ribeye into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine steak cubes with salt, avocado oil, and steak seasoning. Toss until coated.
  3. Chop garlic and rosemary finely to enhance flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the seasoned steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. While cooking, melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic and rosemary, stirring until fragrant.
Serving
  1. Transfer cooked steak bites to a bowl and pour garlic butter over them. Mix gently to coat.
  2. Adjust flavor with freshly ground black pepper and serve hot, garnished with extra rosemary.

Notes

For a twist, try flavored butter. Let steak rest briefly after cooking for juiciness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
