  • 1 large egg (beaten) Flaxseed meal combined with water can be used for a vegan option.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced) Garlic powder can be a quick substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Dried basil or Italian seasoning can provide a lovely twist.
  • to taste Kosher salt and pepper Adjust according to your taste preference.
  • to taste Chopped parsley (optional) Adds fresh flavor and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, place the ground beef (or turkey).
  3. Add in the almond flour, grated Parmesan, beaten egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, and salt and pepper.
  4. Thoroughly mix until combined. Form 1-inch meatballs using your hands.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket, ensuring there's enough space between each to allow air circulation.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. If your air fryer is smaller, you may need to work in batches.

Notes
