Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F and lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and cinnamon. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Place the pineapple in the air fryer basket in a mostly even layer, slight overlap is fine.
- Air fry for 12–16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pineapple is golden, juicy, and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and drizzle the remaining tablespoon of maple syrup over the top.
Serving
- Serve warm on its own or with yogurt, oatmeal, or vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Customizable with nuts for crunch or additional spices like nutmeg. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to four days.
