  • 1/2 tsp basil Brings balance; thyme can be an interesting substitute.
  • 1 tsp parsley Light flavor enhancer; fresh is always best.
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt Essential for seasoning; adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper Adds necessary spice; white pepper works if you prefer a milder taste.
For the Lemon Garlic Butter
  • 4 T butter, melted Creates the irresistible sauce; ghee is a great dairy-free alternative.
  • 1 T lemon juice Necessary for brightness; vinegar can be used, although lemon is preferred.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced Additional flavor for the butter; optional but recommended.
  • 1/2 tsp parsley (dried or fresh) Better presentation; garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Method
 

Marination
  1. Marinate the steak bites in a bowl with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let it chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes, or ideally, up to 24 hours.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Place the marinated steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until reaching your desired doneness.
Lemon Garlic Butter Preparation
  1. Whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, additional minced garlic, and parsley.
  2. Pour this mixture over the cooked steak bites and toss well to coat.

Let cooked steak rest for a few minutes before serving to ensure juicy bites. Make extra lemon garlic butter for drizzling afterward.
