  • 1/4 tsp Cracked Pepper A pinch of red pepper flakes can increase spice level.
  • to taste Salt Essential for enhancing flavors.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Rinse and dry the mushrooms before carefully removing the stems.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, cracked pepper, and salt to taste until fully mixed.
  3. Spoon or pipe the stuffing into each mushroom cap, approximately 2 teaspoons per mushroom.
Cooking
  1. Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with oil and arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer without touching.
  2. Mist the tops with oil before air frying at 350°F for about 5-7 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
  3. If necessary, work in batches if your air fryer cannot hold all mushrooms.
  4. Once cooked, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid overstuffing the mushrooms to prevent spillage during cooking. Preheat the air fryer for an even bake. Ensuring a light mist of oil is essential for crispiness.
