Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes as thinly as possible, about 1/8 inch thick.

  4. Toss the sweet potato slices until they are evenly coated in oil and seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes, adjusting time based on air fryer performance and slice thickness.
  3. At about halfway through, shake the basket or toss the chips lightly for even cooking.
  4. Once crisped, transfer to a cooling rack and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
