Method

Preparation
  1. Toss the wings in a combination of baking powder, sea salt, and pepper.
  2. Grease the air fryer basket with a manual oil mister or brush a thin layer of oil on the wings if using a liner. Arrange them in a single layer.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (about 3 minutes).
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 10 minutes, then pause, remove the basket, and flip the wings over.
  2. Continue air frying for another 5-7 minutes or until crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Sauce Preparation
  1. Prepare the peanut sauce by blending the peanut butter, coconut milk, tamari, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sweet Thai chili sauce, and lime juice until smooth.
Finishing Touches
  1. Toss cooked wings in the peanut sauce until lightly coated, then arrange them on a platter.
  2. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with green onions or cilantro.
  3. Offer extra peanut sauce in a small bowl for dipping.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the air fryer and always preheat it. Let the wings rest after cooking to maintain crispiness.
