Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. While it warms up, pull the turkey breast from the fridge, allowing it to reach room temperature (about 40 minutes).
- In a bowl, mix together all the seasonings with avocado oil to create a seasoned oil mixture.
- Rub the seasoned oil mixture generously over the turkey breast, ensuring it’s coated on all sides.
Cooking
- Carefully place the turkey in the preheated air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 30 minutes, flipping the turkey breast every 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the internal temperature, which needs to reach 165°F.
- Once cooked, allow the turkey to rest for a few minutes before slicing to lock in the juices.
Notes
Ensure your air fryer basket isn't overcrowded for even cooking. Experiment with different spice mixes for a personal touch. Leftover turkey can be used for quick sandwiches or salads.
