Preparation
  1. Step 1: Slice the zucchini into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
  2. Step 2: Transfer to a colander, salt generously, and leave for 15-30 minutes to draw out moisture.
  3. Step 3: Rinse the zucchini and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. Press to remove as much moisture as possible.
Cooking
  1. Step 4: In a large bowl, add zucchini slices, olive oil, garlic, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Step 5: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  3. Step 6: Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-11 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
