Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Gather all your ingredients.
Cooking
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together softened butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until well blended.
  4. Scoop out small balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges look lightly golden.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
  2. Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use blanched almond flour and ensure to let cookies cool before removing them from the baking sheet. Store cookies in an airtight container and try adding different sweeteners or toppings for variation.
