Ingredients

Frozen Fruits
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Sweet and tangy flavor; if unavailable, try frozen peaches.
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Adds creaminess; can be replaced with frozen papaya.
  • 1 medium Frozen Banana Natural sweetness; use fresh if you’re on the go (add more ice).
Other Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric Paste Provides anti-inflammatory benefits; fresh turmeric root also works.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Creamy texture and protein boost; use a dairy-free yogurt if allergic.
  • 1 cup Fresh Orange Juice Bright and zesty; bottled juice can substitute in a pinch.
  • 2 slices Fresh Pineapple Wedges For garnish; any fresh fruit can jazz up your presentation.
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds Packed with nutrients; substitute with flaxseeds for a different flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the pineapple into cubes, and chop the mango and banana as well. Place each in separate zip-lock bags and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  2. When ready, squeeze fresh orange juice just before blending to maintain its freshness.
Blending
  1. In a powerful blender, add the freshly squeezed orange juice, frozen fruits, turmeric paste, and Greek yogurt.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. For an extra touch of sweetness, consider adding a bit of honey.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie into serving glasses or bowls.
  2. Top it off by sprinkling some chia seeds on the surface and adding a pineapple wedge on the side for that tropical flair.

Notes

Enjoy immediately for the best taste and texture. If storing, keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Can freeze in ice cube trays, blending again with a splash of juice when ready to serve.
