Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, chopped apples, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Place in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
