- Wash and dry the avocados. Cut each avocado in half, carefully remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
- Add the garlic cloves and chopped cilantro to the processor.
- If using, remove the stems and seeds of the jalapeño and chop it into smaller pieces. Add it to the food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients: vegan sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pulse everything together until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
This dressing is versatile! Use it as a dip, drizzle over tacos, or add to salads. Keep it in an airtight container; lasts up to a week, but best when fresh.
