Preparation
  1. Break the mozzarella apart into bite-sized pieces and place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the tomatoes and avocado into small, bite-sized pieces and add them to the mixing bowl.
  3. Chop the fresh basil and sprinkle it over the veggies and cheese.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture.
  5. Season with Kosher salt to elevate the natural taste.

Notes
