Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter adds richness and moisture.
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar sweetens the brownies.
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar contributes moisture and depth of flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract enhances the overall taste.
  • 2 large Eggs provides structure and richness.
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour the base for the brownies.
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder adds intense chocolate flavor.
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips for an extra chocolatey experience.
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream gives the signature flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
  4. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Cooking
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and Baileys Irish Cream gently.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Serving
  1. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  2. Use the parchment paper to lift the brownies from the pan and onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  3. Once cool, cut into squares and serve with optional garnishes.

Notes

For extra fudginess, do not overbake the brownies; the center should be slightly gooey. Experiment with different types of chocolate chips for added variety. Store leftover brownies in airtight containers to keep them fresh. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream for an indulgent dessert.
