- Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it in the flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray.
Cooking
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Serve hot.
