Cooking
- Arrange the coated chicken bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray tops of chicken bites with avocado oil cooking spray.
- Place small pieces of butter on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
- Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness, watching carefully.
Serving
- Let the chicken bites rest for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve warm or cool for meal prep.
Notes
