  • 2 medium Zucchini Washed and cut into thin fries.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Can use regular or panko for extra crispiness.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated for enhancing flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling over zucchini.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Feel free to adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances overall taste.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Wash and dry the zucchini, then cut it into thin fries.
  4. In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and spices.
  5. In another bowl, drizzle olive oil over the zucchini fries.
Cooking
  1. Coat the zucchini fries in the olive oil, then dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture until well covered.
  2. Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Check for doneness; they should be browned and crisp on the outside.
Serving
  1. Once baked, remove the zucchini fries from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  2. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like marinara or ranch.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider using panko breadcrumbs. Make sure the fries are not crowded on the baking sheet. Allow cooling briefly for optimal texture.
