Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs Can substitute with crushed digestive biscuits
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted Coconut oil can be used as a dairy-free alternative
For the filling
  • 2 pieces ripe Bananas, sliced Use overripe bananas for more sweetness
  • Chocolate shavings Any dark or semi-sweet chocolate works well

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven to cool.
  4. Layer sliced bananas over the cooled crust.
  5. Pour your chosen cheesecake mixture over the bananas, then smooth it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, until set and slightly golden.
  2. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  3. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend the cheesecake mixture until smooth. Garnish with crushed nuts for added crunch. Serve with whipped cream for a decadent finish.
