Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven to cool.
- Layer sliced bananas over the cooled crust.
- Pour your chosen cheesecake mixture over the bananas, then smooth it out evenly.
Baking
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, until set and slightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings.
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend the cheesecake mixture until smooth. Garnish with crushed nuts for added crunch. Serve with whipped cream for a decadent finish.
