Preparation

- Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Baking
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Once baked, let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For softer cookies, store them in an airtight container with a slice of bread to maintain moisture. Chilling the dough for 30 minutes can improve texture and flavor.
