Preparation

  4. In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt, whisking to mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg until blended.
  6. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  7. Spread the banana mixture in a greased baking dish, distributing the bananas evenly.
  8. Pour the cobbler batter over the bananas and smooth the top slightly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
