Toppings
  • 1 cup Lettuce Washed and dried
  • 1 large Tomato Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Sliced

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by preparing the chicken breast. Trim any excess fat and slice the chicken into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing together the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Wash and dry the lettuce, slice the tomatoes, and chop the green onions. Set aside.
  4. Toast the slider buns lightly until they are golden brown for added texture.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
  2. Once hot, add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove the chicken from the heat and toss it in the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
Serving
  1. Assemble the sliders by placing a portion of the Bang Bang chicken on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  2. Add lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and pickles on top of the chicken.
  3. Top with the other half of the slider bun, serve immediately while warm, and enjoy!

Notes

Make extra Bang Bang sauce for dipping and experiment with different toppings like jalapeƱos for added heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
