Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F or preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine salmon cubes, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the seasoned salmon to a plate. In small batches, dip each piece into breadcrumbs until well coated.
Cooking
- Place the breaded salmon bites on a lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil or spray for even crisping.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or air-fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth to create the Bang Bang Sauce.
Serving
- Serve the crispy salmon bites over jasmine rice or cauliflower rice.
- Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, carrots, and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Notes
