For Serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F or preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine salmon cubes, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Transfer the seasoned salmon to a plate. In small batches, dip each piece into breadcrumbs until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the breaded salmon bites on a lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil or spray for even crisping.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or air-fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth to create the Bang Bang Sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve the crispy salmon bites over jasmine rice or cauliflower rice.
  2. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, carrots, and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.

Notes
