Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out crust onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a bowl, shred the cooked chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture over the pizza crust evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, followed by the slices of red onion.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
- Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing.
- Cut into wedges and serve while hot.
Notes
Use a pizza stone for an extra crispy crust. Don’t overload the pizza with too many toppings to ensure even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
