Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled-out crust onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a bowl, shred the cooked chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture over the pizza crust evenly.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, followed by the slices of red onion.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing.
  3. Cut into wedges and serve while hot.

Notes

Use a pizza stone for an extra crispy crust. Don’t overload the pizza with too many toppings to ensure even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
