Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Wash and peel the beets thoroughly.
  3. Using a mandolin, slice the beets into thin, circular chips.
  4. Toss the beet slices in a bowl with half of the olive oil until coated.
  5. Coat a baking sheet with the remaining olive oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Arrange the beet slices in a single layer on the baking sheet without overlapping.
  7. Sprinkle fine sea salt over the beet slices for added flavor.
Baking
  1. Bake the chips in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, checking closely after 35 minutes until crisp.
  2. As soon as the chips are out of the oven, sprinkle more sea salt on top to enhance flavor.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately for the best experience. Enjoy fresh and crunchy!

Notes

For perfect consistency, ensure beet slices are uniformly thin. Experiment with different seasonings for added flavor.
