Preparation
  1. Ensure the yogurt, cream, and corn syrup are chilled for optimal mixing.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vanilla, cream, corn syrup, and fine sugar for about 2 minutes until well combined.
Adding Berries
  1. Gently stir in the coarsely crushed berries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Churning
  1. Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and churn until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Serving
  1. Enjoy it right away for a soft texture, or place it into a container with a lid and freeze for 3 to 6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
  2. Before scooping, remove from the freezer and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes to soften for easier serving.
