Preparation

- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and chopped pecans.
- Stir in melted butter and bourbon until all ingredients are coated.
Baking
- In a baking dish, layer the peach mixture and top it with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden and the peaches are bubbly.
Serving
- Serve warm, preferably with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
