Preparation
  1. Set up a breading station: place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
  2. Season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, then the egg, followed by the breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
  4. Set the coated chicken aside on a plate to rest for a few minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Carefully place the breaded chicken breasts in the hot oil without overcrowding.
  3. Fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
