  • to taste none Sweetener (Maple Syrup) Enhances the flavor while keeping it healthy.

Preparation
  1. Start by boiling water and letting it cool slightly until it’s hot but not boiling, ideally around 175°F (80°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift 1 tsp of ceremonial matcha powder to remove any clumps, ensuring a smooth and creamy texture.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of the hot water over the sifted matcha powder.
Cooking/Assembling
  1. Using a whisk or a milk frother, whisk the matcha and water together in a zigzag pattern until completely dissolved and frothy.
  2. While the matcha brews, fill a tall glass with ice.
  3. Pour 1 cup of milk over the ice, leaving room for the matcha mixture.
Serving
  1. Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the milk in your glass to create a beautiful layer.
  2. Add your desired amount of sweetener, stirring gently to combine flavors.
  3. Serve immediately with a straw or a spoon to mix, and enjoy this refreshing beverage!

Notes
