  • 2 tbsp Oil For sautéing, necessary for optimal sear.

Preparation
  1. Slice the beef into thin strips, ensuring even cooking.
  2. Chop the onion and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mince the garlic to release its aromatic oils.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the beef strips to the skillet in a single layer; sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the onions, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until vegetables are tender, around 4-5 minutes.
  4. Drizzle in the soy sauce and sprinkle black pepper generously over the mixture; stir to combine well.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and flavors meld.
