Preparation
  1. Combine sliced beef with soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and freshly cracked black pepper. Allow it to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the noodles until al dente, approximately 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the marinated beef to the hot pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Incorporate minced garlic and ginger into the pan, stirring quickly for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the cooked noodles with the beef and mix well to combine.
  5. Finish by stirring in chopped green onions, mixing all flavors thoroughly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions or black pepper.
