Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, toss frozen blueberries and peaches together with granulated sugar.
  2. Dump the fruit and sugar mix into a food processor and pulse a few times, then process continuously for 30 seconds.
  3. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the food processor. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the lemon juice into the mixture and process until thick and smooth.
  5. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for a few hours for a firmer consistency.

Notes

For best results, use ripe, high-quality peaches and adjust sugar to taste based on fruit sweetness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
