Preparation

Cooking
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Arrange the sliced peaches around the salmon.
- Brush the bourbon mixture generously over the salmon and peaches.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional thyme if desired.
Notes
For better results, allow salmon to come to room temperature before baking. Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and don’t overcook the salmon. Marinating the salmon in the bourbon mixture for 30 minutes can enhance the flavor.
