- In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, red cabbage, and green onions. Mix them together gently.
Dressing
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture. Toss until every piece of vegetable is coated.
Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavor.
Notes
Try adding mustard to the dressing for tang, or nuts and seeds to enhance flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
