Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter and stir in the granulated sugar until combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Serve these delightful Brownie Cookies warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. They freeze well too.
