- Once done, let the brownie shells cool.
Filling
- In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
- Fill each brownie shell with the peanut butter cream mixture.
- Drizzle with chocolate and top with nuts or whipped cream if desired.
