  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Smooth texture is essential.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg until fully combined.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into taco-shaped molds or spoon it into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the centers remain soft.
  5. Once done, let the brownie shells cool.
Filling
  1. In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
  2. Fill each brownie shell with the peanut butter cream mixture.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate and top with nuts or whipped cream if desired.
