  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt Adjust to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Can adjust for richness
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar Substitute with red wine vinegar if preferred
  • 1 bunch basil Chopped, fresh basil for flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the tomatoes and place them along with all their juices in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Season the tomatoes with 1 teaspoon of flaky sea salt.
  3. Add minced garlic, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and chopped basil to the bowl.
  4. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning by adding more salt, olive oil, or vinegar as desired.
  6. Allow the sauce to sit for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld before serving.

Notes

Serve with toasted baguette slices, as a salad dressing, or as a dip with vegetables. Ideal for summer gatherings and meal prep.
