Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and let it heat up.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until it’s browned and crumbly, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Next, add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened.
- Stir in the halved Brussels sprouts and the optional red pepper flakes.
- Pour in the chicken broth, cover the skillet, and let the Brussels sprouts cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they’re tender.
- Finally, stir in the lemon juice and give the skillet a taste. Adjust any seasonings as needed, and you’re ready to serve!

Prep ahead by washing and cutting Brussels sprouts the night before. Leftovers taste even better the next day!
