Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and mozzarella cheese until well mixed.
  2. Scoop a portion of the chicken mixture and shape it into a stick. Repeat until you've used all the mixture.
  3. Prepare your breading station by arranging flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs on the countertop.
Breading & Cooking
  1. Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure adherence.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat (or preheat oven to 400°F for baking).
